Sasha K Consultancy Ltd. (est. January 2008), provides comprehensive consulting services in the field of construction project management according to clients' requirements.
Project and Contract Management core professional building services are well rooted in extensive Architectural and Building Surveying experience gained through our residential (new build, high-end, private and social housing sectors), commercial, specialist, education, heritage, rail, civil engineering, insurance and fast-track projects.
We are determined to deliver excellent communication with all clients and parties involved, exciting designs, quality financial management, quality of our workmanship, and good time management within all building contracts.
We are aware of our environmental responsibility, current legislation and demands; and have a commitment to reducing our environmental impact, ensuring our clients, stakeholders and local community benefit on this important subject from our projects.
DIRECTOR'S PROFILE
The company Director is a highly experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of success in civil, construction, heritage and house building projects, including significant experience in regeneration projects, for many premier development companies including public and private multimillion pound projects. The company is able to provide high-level planning, control and commissioning of work and to hand over projects to the clients on time and within budget.
Demonstrates strong leadership, full project life-cycle experience, and innovative solution design in achieving corporate and personal objectives and goals. Providing a creative and strategic vision to businesses to deliver clear direction and to build consistently improved business performance.
Experienced in project/program management, team leadership, contract negotiation, people management, labor relations, client relationships, strong customer care, budget management, forecasting, site management, 3rd party contractor relationships, building regulations, preparing infrastructure schemes, appointment and management of contractors, project management, and presentation skills.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
Initial design meetings
with the owner/clients to plan every aspect and all the details of the project via all RIBA stages of pre-commencement. We finalize all design documents (inclusive of any planning and building control and other approvals) before writing the construction documents.
Tendering and precise construction documents
will fully manage and prepare on behalf of the clients in accordance with domestic and foreign regulations and communicate with the scheme’s nominated contractors and sub-contractors.
Contract administration
will be delivered on all on all projects/contracts throughout all construction and post-construction phases.
