Our company provides a complete scope of civil and structural engineering services through our associate companies, predominantly with CSEconsulting. CSEconsulting has extensive experience in all aspects of this specialist construction field.

Our company provides quantity surveying services directly on smaller projects through our Project Management or Building Surveying services. On larger projects, we provide quantity surveying in consultation with our long-term QS associates for the structures to meet legal and quality standards.

BREEAM is an assessment undertaken by independent licensed assessors using scientifically-based sustainability metrics and indices which cover a range of environmental issues. Its categories evaluate energy and water use, health and wellbeing, pollution, transport, materials, waste, ecology and management processes. Buildings are rated and certified on a scale of 'Pass', 'Good', 'Very Good', 'Excellent' and 'Outstanding'.

Our company provides arboriculture knowledge and expertise within our Project Management and Architectural services in a close and long-term working relationship with our associate company Indigo Surveys Ltd. and other specialist companies.

The company Director was involved in the design and management of these one-of-a-kind specialist projects for various clients and companies throughout the Greater London area for more than 30 years.

Health & Safety and CDM building services (Principal Designer role), are provided within our Project and Contract Management and through a number of our connections, predominantly by our long-term associates AGA-CDM Advisers to both Clients and Principal Designers.

Our Director has gained a great deal of relevant experience in the legal aspect of building contracts and insurance claims and has a long-term working relationship with a number of UK-based Insurance Companies and Loss Adjusters, as well as Solicitors, Barristers and Mediators, who are experts in Building Contracts and Law.
