These projects were delivered while I was working for as a Condition/Principal Manager
- Building Surveyor for Enfield Council, Regional Surveyor for the Freshwater Group of Companies and Senior Building Surveyor for the Elmbridge Borough Council:
- Projects for RAF bases and Metropolitan Police.
- Project management of civil engineering schemes in relation to provision of new pedestrian footbridge in Molesey, Surrey and repair and improvement works to Thames Ditton slipway - both schemes located within Elmbridge Borough Council.
- Project management of structural engineering works – replacement of retaining walls Esher, Surrey and basement structural repair and improvement works to Morpeth Mansions in Morpeth Street, (by Victoria Street), in central London.
- Repair and improvement works to various War Memorials in Surrey area.
- Restoration and repair works to Broomfield Park Remembrance Gardens in Enfield.
- Restoration and repair works to Arnos Park Gates (three phases) in Enfield.
- Restoration and repair works to Trent Park Gates in Enfield.
- Restoration, repair and associated works to all pitched and flat roof areas on 58-60 Silver Street (corporate-office) building.
- Structural and restoration works to Broomfield Park Arch and old gates in Enfield.
- Structural and restoration works to Broomfield Park Stable House in Enfield.
- Full refurbishment and improvement works to approximately 15 in-park buildings (changing room and mess room facilities, depos, various recreation and sport club facilities…etc.) in Enfield.

Restauration and revitalisation of old heritage gate at Trent Park, Enfield
Arons Park Gates
Restauration and reconstruction of old heritage gates and associated structure at Arons Park, Enfield
- The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
- Improvement and security works within this Borough in relation to Notting Hill Carnival (12 separate schemes – inclusive of new design).
- Approximately 25 new design schemes completed in relation to hard and soft social housing areas within this Borough for the Horticulture Section of Housing Department.
- WS Atkins
- Resurfacing and re-lighting of WS Atkins car park area (approximately facilitating 1,000 cars) project achieving also full Planning Permission from Epsom Council.
- Completed DDA improvement works project at City of Westminster Town Hall based in 64 Victoria Street, Central London.
- Environmental Agency project at Lake 4 Pumping Station in Thamesmead, Kent in approximate value of £125,000.

- Paragon Housing Group
- Delivered 3No projects on residential buildings located in Weybridge, Walton on Thames and Surbiton, Surrey areas in relation to fire safety compliance and improvement works.
- PM role for Fate Ltd:
- 3No different schemes in relation to fire damaged mixed-use building (restaurant and residential building) at 228 York Road, Wandsworth, London.

- 2No schemes (Intermediate works and Phase 1 works) provided complete project management services achieving removal of dangerous structure notices and full Building Control Approval for the Phase 1 works; and 1no scheme (Phase 2 works) through all design stages up to completion of tendering/procurements process. Approximate value of these projects £850,000.
- Achieving Camden Councils approval for removal of well-developed sycamore tree, which was damaging nearby mixed-use (commercial and residential) building at 228 Belsize Road located in Kilburn, North London. I provided a full project management for these necessary specialist works.
Specialist restoration and refurbishment works in heritage flat in Cambridge.
- PM role for Design Team of London Borough of Wandsworth
- A number of these specialist schemes completed within the majority of my previous roles, especially during my time working with Westminster City Council, Brighton and Hove City Council and Enfield Council.
Specialist refurbishment and security works to Masbro Children & Youth Centre in Hammersmith and Fulham, London.
- Change of use projects (business case studies): Senior Building Surveyor/Project Manager for WS Atkins and Elmbridge Borough Council.
- Conversion of RC Primary School in Thamesmead, Kent into council building for Baxley Council.
- Conversion of one large flat, unused loft area and commercial rooms situated on first, second and third floors of Weybridge Hall (located within Elmbridge Borough Council) into three luxury two bedroom apartments. Complete internal and external refurbishment and improvement works to this building.
