As Regeneration Project Manager for Rother District Council delivery of:
- Provision of new £15M new Medical Centre and new light business units class E together with provision of new public and staff car park areas, new development road, infrastructure and associated ecological works in Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex.

As Regeneration Project Manager for Sevenoaks District Council delivery of:
- Provision of new £22M White Oak Leisure Centre (construction phase only) together with new car park, party wall works and decommissioning and demolition (inclusive of large asbestos removal) of new WOLC
Sasha Kulidzan’s project management of new White Oak Leisure Centre with associated works in Sevenoaks.
As Regeneration Project Manager for Thurrock Council Council delivery of:
- Provision of £6M new Community Centre with new Car park and playground areas.
Full project management provided by Sasha Kulidzan from initial briefing, all pre-commencement stages and construction phase to practical completion, achieving all planning and building control approvals.
- £1M of refurbishment of council’s offices (Police, Contra-fraud Unit and Housing Department) at Civic Centre of Thurrock Council.
REFURBISHMENTS AND RESTORATION
- BS/PM role for DHP Consultancy Ltd – Provision(fit out) of new Office Building of CMG UK Ltd computer company in Birmingham - £250,000 internal refurbishment works.
- RS/PM role for Freshwater Group of Companies - Internal refurbishment of their main head office building in Shaftesbury Avenue in Central London to approximate value of £250,000.
SBC/PMWS Atkins includes commercial project for:
- Internal and external restoration and refurbishment work to heritage Mayfair Library in Central London.
Full project management of Mayfair Library for WS Atkins and City of Westminster Council.
- The Mansion WS Atkins office building from XVII Century based within their Epsom compound, heritage project – 3No separate schemes to approximate value of £1M.
Local newspapers and Atkins news have written article about special heritage projects related to this ground old building own by Atkins and protected by Heritage England by category 2*. Sasha Kulidzan, director of Sasha K Consultancy provided number of presentations to Atkins stuff about this project and some other heritage projects that he project managed on their behalf.
SK has not only restored and revitalized The Mansion building but also improved building externaly and internaly where required, including external railing on one of the roofs by installing new gate and wiring bird protecon, as shown on this photo.
