NEW BUILT
As Regeneration Project Manager for Sevenoaks District Council delivery of:
- Director of Sasha K Consultancy Ltd won as Project Manager while working for Sevenoaks District Council together with scheme’s Project Team and nominated contractor prestigious natonal Housing Design Award in September 2024 for £15M the mixed-use development in 27-37 High Street in Swanley, Sevenoaks. This project brought together a co-working space/business hub and 17 new homes for afordable rent.

- £30M scheme, provision of new residential development (80 new flats) with small commercial unit within ground floor (at High Street in Swanley), together with new car park area and large internal private garden. Scheme also includes demolition of two existing residential buildings and major changes to Bevan Place street in close communication with Kent County Council and SDC’s Planners, (pre-commencement stages only).
Project Management of all pre-commencement stages of this scheme.

As a Regional Surveyor for the Freshwater Housing Group successful delivery of 16No complete private sector residential projects (majority high end spec) to approximate value of £12M to:

HIGH END & PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
Private Clients
Majority of high-end residential projects are undertaken and completed for private Clients (residential private developers) through my Sasha K Consultancy Ltd. The value of these individual project range from £150K to £2M per scheme and are located predominantly within Central London and Surrey areas. These schemes are completed during my first 20 + years of my UK building experience achieving always-necessary Planning and Building Control approvals.
WS Atkins
Huguenot House, Lester Square, Central London project to approximate value of £550,000 delivered for WS Atkins.
Project management and Building surveying services provided via WS Atkins on this project delivered closely with Huguenot House Residents Association.
SOCIAL HOUSING PROJECTS
(experience also in responsive repairs, PPM, voids and similar D&D repairs management)
- Replacement of bathrooms and kitchens within Worlds End and Cremorne estates; £3.5M scheme - Project Manager at The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea TMO
- Replacement of bathrooms and kitchens at Swinbrook Estate £3.5M scheme - Project Manager at The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea TMO
- Windows and doors replacement works at Verity Close Estate - Project Manager at The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea TMO
- A number of Decent Homes projects completed for Hammersmith and Fulham Homes in the value of £6M (predominantly low-rises and “on-street” properties).
- A number of schemes project managed for CityWest Homes to approximate value of £4.5M.
- A number of Decent Homes contracts project managed for Newham Homes to approximate value of £3.5M.
- Responsive Repairs Management (Estates, Blocks and In-flat Services) experience inclusive of the provision of small works schemes, voids management, PPM/Building Services management gained within The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, City of Westminster Council, London Council of Wandsworth, Haringey Council and Runnymede Council. Experience in managing Responsive Repairs and Voids budges gained through these jobs.
- Various specialist works & inspections provided to Runnymede Borough Council (in the value of £5M), including project management of construction phase of provision of new housing development in the value of £10M.
Project management of new housing development in Runnymede.
- Complete management inclusive of all refurbishment and improvement works project to entire Non HRA Properties portfolio (wide-range of approximately 30 buildings) within Enfield Council.
